COFFEES: Liquid Assets Coffee & Tea Company (our friend and Taste Makers sponsor, Fred Cashmere) has created Center of Gravity Blend, and has compiled a list of additional blends/roasts for the COG family to buy at a sharp discount and pick up weekly at TVCOG.
Coffee ordered by Monday evening will be delivered by Thursday. See instructions and descriptions here. please note that full payment ($10/bag) must accompany every order: no exceptions.
Center of Gravity Blend coffee is available for individual and group use at the COG. For bulk brewing, one rounded cup of ground coffee makes one pot, and can be held in the vacuum servers for hours. Brewer take 20-25 to warm up and must be unplugged after use.
CLASSES: We are building a repertoire of classes that include hands-on workshops and expert and beginner levels, specialty courses (e.g. fermentation, coffee cupping, cheese making), and our crown jewel, the Tech Valley Taste Makers series of local chef-led Demo Parties. Updates will be posted on the Tech Valley Center of Gravity and Tech Valley Taste Makers Facebook pages, through its email list, here, and in local event guides.

CONTRACTING FOR KITCHEN USE: Members may book the kitchen for events through ordinary even scheduling and room reservation processes on this site. A commercial-use policy for the kitchen is being drafted by the Board and will shortly be posted on this site. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a commercial-use agreement.
