Professional Development 100: Intro to Business

This introductory course will instruct students on the basics of business practices and cover skill sets and tools necessary for business and management, including collaborative tools, team management, ethics, and more. If you’re a community member interested in starting your own business - or are interested in a crash course as an introduction to an academic program in business - this class is for you! 

Students who take both Intro to Business and Intro to Marketing will receive a Foundations of Business participation certificate from the instructor upon completion of both courses.

Class Fee: $25  CoG Members | $30 Non-Members

No previous experience necesary. All materials included. Participants must be 18 or older.

To keep our classes affordable, we book our instructors and purchase materials in advance. We depend on advanced registration. Classes without sufficient advanced enrollment may be canceled. Advanced registration closes 3 days before the class date. Reservations made after this date will be subject to a $10 late registration fee. 
Cancellations must be made one week before the class date in order to be eligible for a refund.  

Discounts will be automatically applied to current COG members.
