Glass Arts 103: Fused Glass Suncatchers

This class provides students with the know-how and skills to make and decorate a glass suncatcher, which they will take home with them at the end of the class.  Participants in this introductory suncatcher class will gain a basic understanding of glass composition and its properties in conjunction with heat, as well as how to prep and program the glass kiln so they can begin to use it independently for other glass projects!

No previous experience necessary. All materials are included in the registration fee. For CoG members, this course also qualifies as the required kiln orientation for the Glass Arts Zone. Participants must be 16 or older.

Class Fee: $60 CoG Members | $70 Non-Members 

To keep our classes affordable, we book our instructors and purchase materials in advance. We depend on advanced registration. Classes without sufficient advanced enrollment may be canceled. Advanced registration closes 3 days before the class date; after this date, a $10 late registration fee will be applied.

Cancellations must be made one week prior to the class in order to be eligible for a refund.

Discounts will be automatically applied to current COG members.
