Kitchen 102: Chocolate Truffles

Calling all novice chocolatiers! Get ready for Valentine’s Day with this fun hands-on two-hour chocolate workshop at the CoG community kitchen! In this class, participants will create chocolate treats, try hand-rolling and finishing truffles with drizzled ornamentations. Everyone will leave with 6 delicious handmade truffles of various flavors, and knowledge needed to try making these at home! This class is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary.

Class Fee: $65 COG Members | $75 Non-Members

Ages 14+. We ask that parents of participants under 18 stay in the building during the class.

Registration closes Thursday, January 30 at 3pm. Due to the nature of the class, we need to know the exact number of people attending well ahead of time, in order to prep ingredients. Unfortunately, this means drop-ins will not be able to participate.

Cancellations must be made one week prior to the class in order to be eligible for a refund.

Discounts will be automatically applied to current COG members.
