- 04/28/2024Conquer your fear of power tools! The Quick Start Guide Series introduces beginners to using the equipment we have in our facility. Sunday, April 28 3-4pm
- 05/11/2024Create three custom silver rings! Saturday May 11th, 1-3pm
- 05/12/2024Explore the art of fusing glass. Sunday, May 12 1-3:30pm. Ages 16+
- 05/18/2024Learn the basics of laser cutting. Saturday, May 18 1-2:30pm
- 06/08/2024Create three custom silver rings! Open to ages 12+ without a parent; children ages 6-12 are welcome if joined by a parent/guardian for the entire duration of the class. Saturday, June 8th 1-3pm
- 06/22/2024Learn how to create complex 3-dimensional objects on the Laser Cutter. Saturday, June 22 1-3pm
Events for TVCOG Members
Connect with other TVCOG members, get safety trained on equipment, ask a Zone Coordinator for help and more. These volunteer-led events are provided to TVCOG members at no cost.
Zone Safety Orientations
Attending a zone's Safety Orientation is required before using its equipment. Registration required at least 48 hours in advance (if nobody registers, the instructor won't show up). Register here.
Zone Office Hours
Zone Office Hours allow members to connect with the Zone Coordinator to get help with anything related to the zone. Bring your questions, ask for advice on your project, or get help with a tool you're having trouble using. Register here.
Weekly Social Nights & Community Events
TVCOG hosts a variety of social and community-building events for members and their friends and family. We have our regular Social Night & pot luck every Tuesday evening beginning at 6:30 pm. These Social Nights are great opportunities to meet other members and speed the process of becoming part of the creative community at Tech Valley Center of Gravity. Social Night is also open to the public, so feel free to bring a friend! No pre-registration required.
