Join TAP as they celebrate their 50th anniversary with a panel discussion on the battle to stop the construction of the North-South Arterial and the Hoosick Street Bridge in the 1970's and 1980's. Panelists will include former TAP Executive Director Joe Fama, transit planner Gary G. Nelson, architect Robert Mitchell and community activist Amy Halloran.
