## Dedicated Workspace

### Move your venture out of the garage, basement, or kitchen table.

Our rentable workspace is ideal for a wide range of makers who are comfortable working
in a noisy, energetic workshop environment. These membership add-ons are dedicated
spaces within our open-plan workspace. While some have dividing walls, there are
no closed offices or locked spaces. Meeting rooms are available for private calls
when needed.

**Storage**

All members have the ability to rent [personal storage space](https://www.tvcog.net/facility/storage/)–
bins, lockers, shelves, carts, and pallets. We can also accommodate large projects
for limited periods of time. 

**Workbenches**

$90 per month. All members have the ability to rent a butcher block workbench, with
a drawer and filing cabinet. These are not fixed to a specific spot, and may be 
occasionally moved to accommodate events or floorplan changes, so storing items 
on the floor isn’t permitted.

**Innovation Studios & Offices**

Ability to rent these spaces is a benefit of [Incubated Maker and Professional Maker](https://www.tvcog.net/membership/for-startups-businesses/)
membership levels. Studio spaces are ideal for startups & small businesses that 
need a professional business setting as well as easy access to our shared workshop
space. 

 * Pay month-to-month – no lease or long-term commitment
 * For occupancy by humans or robots doing work on a regular basis (not for storage)
 * Furniture not included
 * Take advantage of window advertising space for an additional fee
