This foundational class will teach you the basics of the woodshop, including learning how to safely use the following:

• Bandsaw
• Miter Saw
• Table Saw
• Belt/Disc Sander
• Air Nailer
• Drill Press
• Measuring Techniques

After a class you can walk away with your very own handmade clock! The registration fee includes all materials. For TVCoG members, this course also qualifies as the required Woodshop Safety Orientation.

To keep our classes affordable, we book our instructors and purchase materials in advance. We depend on advanced registration. Classes without sufficient advanced enrollment may be canceled. Advanced registration closes 3 days before the class date; after this date, a $10 late registration fee will be applied.

Cancellations must be made one week prior to the class in order to be eligible for a refund.

Discounts will be automatically applied to current COG members.
