Quick Start Guide 3: Cutting and Bending Sheet Metal

Sheet steel and aluminum may seem like daunting materials to work with. This 1-hour class will show you how to cut straight lines on the shear and bend simple angles on the brake. This class is taught by our Facilities and Incubator Director, Dan Falkenstrom.

Class Fee: $15  CoG Members | $20 Non-Members

No previous experience necesary. All materials included. Participants must be 16 or older (under 18 accompanied by a guardian). 

Advanced registration for all classes in this series closes 1 hour before the workshop begins. There is no late registration fee, but classes without sufficient advanced enrollment may be canceled. Drop-ins are welcome, but are encouraged to check the event page or call 30 minutes before the class start time, to ensure that the class is still taking place.
