Dan Falkenstrom
Operations Director
Dan started with the COG as a member and volunteer in 2013, and now leads their small staff in managing daily operations. In addition to developing the local maker community, he conducts numerous classes on equipment safety and digital fabrication for individuals, startups, and small manufacturers. Always fascinated by taking things apart, learning how they work, and fixing them, he received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from RPI, and subsequently spent several years in manufacturing engineering roles at Pratt & Whitney, Knolls Atomic Power Lab, and General Electric.

Elisabeth Kuchera
Programming Manager
Elisabeth is responsible for developing interactive, maker-focused curriculum and programming for children, adults, and professionals. She coordinates our team of volunteer and contract educators, as well as with external educators, schools, and staff members to advertise and execute our events & classes, Maker-in-Residence program, Community Access Fund programs and youth STEAM programming. She has been a part of the COG staff since 2016.

Greyson Musick
Community Developer
With a background in technical theater, as well as experience working in a design studio, Greyson has a deep connection to collaborative creating. He also has a love of learning and enjoys hearing about other people’s interests. With these combined passions, he hopes to develop and grow a strong community of mutual support and collaboration.

Alex Titcomb
Operations Technician
Alex brings nine years of manufacturing experience to our space. He is always interested in other member’s work, and his knowledge of machine tools as well as the history behind them makes him a great person to discuss projects with.
