Host Your Meeting or Event at TVCOG
TVCOG’s large Community Room and smaller board room are available to rent for classes, meetings, events, corporate retreats and more. Both TVCOG members and non-members may take advantage of this resource.
Room Reservations for
TVCOG Members
- Room reservations for private meetings are free. Use the links below to reserve a room.
- Staff approval and rental fees are required for the following (use the Event Request form below):
- Events
- Meetings open to the public and/or with entry fees
- Recurring meetings
- Reservations are booked in 1 hour increments (if you want to reserve 2 hours, you need to make 2 bookings)
- Maximum 4 hours per each Community Room reservation, and 2 hours per each Boardroom reservation.
- Maximum 2 reservations per member per month.
- Reservations are reviewed by COG staff, and will be cancelled if the above rules aren’t followed.
Event Hosting & Non-Member Room Reservation Requests
Anyone who would like to host an event at the COG, or non-members who want to rent one of our meeting rooms, shall submit a request.
- Requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. If approved, we will provide a contract for signature.
- Standard Rates:
- Community Room: $100/hour
- Board Room: $50/hour
- Discounts may be available for members, and non-profits that are in allignment with our mission & vision. Contact [email protected] to discuss before submitting.
- Requests may be denied for events that conflict with our 501c3 status, or otherwise not in alignment with our mission & vision.

- Capacity: 20 (w/tables & chairs) to 40 (w/chairs only)

Board Room
- Small, private meeting space perfect for hybrid virtual/in-person meetings
- Capacity: 10
- Features: Hybrid meeting camera/mic/speaker, 14″ monitor, 40″ monitor, whiteboard, Wi-Fi
