Cutting metal may seem like a daunting task. The milling machine makes the task easy by accurately cutting and shaping metal. This 2-hour class will introduce participants to the capabilities of the milling machine, and will provide a demonstration of proper machine use on a small project. The demonstration will include setting up and locating fixtures, drilling, milling, fly cutting and boring. Ages 18+.

Your Instructor: Alexander Titcomb is the Operations Technician at TVCoG. His background is in precision metalworking, as a journeyman maintenance machinist with over 10 years of workshop experience. 

Scheduling: This is a custom-scheduled, one-on-one class with experienced instructors. It will take 2 hours to complete. After purchase, you will receive contact info for the instructor. Let the instructor know your availability, and coordinate a time to complete the class.
