RPI students! Tech Valley Center of Gravity is the Capital Region's premiere makerspace, hardware incubator, and STEAM education center. Stop by for our special Open House, sponsored by the Lally School of Management. You will be able to take a self-guided tour of our 14,000 square foot fabrication facility, talk with local RPI alums, and enjoy free pizza! 

If you're staying local for summer break or after graduation, the COG is a great place to connect with others interested in making things. Our community spans woodworking, welding, machining, 3D printing, electronics, fiber arts, laser cutting, and more. We support hobbyists, artists, and entrepreneurs, both with and without making experience. Hardware startups can benefit from access to an expansive facility for prototyping and short-run manufacturing, plus connections with mentors and funding resources.

Registration not required, but appreciated. 
Located just a short walk from the Blitman shuttle stop.
