Event & Non-Member Room Reservation Request Form

This form is for members who would like to host an event at the COG, or non-members who want to either host an event or rent one of our meeting rooms. We'd be happy to talk through the event first! Please contact info@tvcog.net to set up a time to discuss. 

Requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. If approved, we will provide a contract for signature. 

Standard Rates: 

- Community Room: $100/hour

- Board Room: $50/hour

- Kitchen: $50/hour

Discounts or alternate pricing plans may be available for members, and non-profits that are in alignment with our mission & vision. Contact info@tvcog.net for more information.

Once submitted, a staff member will review your request. If approved, you will be sent a Room Use Agreement for signature. After you have signed, we will send an invoice for the room rental fee, along with any additional building access instructions.
