Facility Access

All members receive an RFID key fob which grants them access to the building. Your access hours are determined by the level of membership you have signed up for.

Associate members must purchase day passes in advance. Once the day pass is activated, your access fob will work for the selected date.

All members must complete our basic safety training and attach a picture to their Member Profile before receiving an access fob. Fobs are only made during regular business hours.

Activating Your Day Pass 

Please call 518-244-3544 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to activate a day pass. Staff will activate your access fob for the requested date. We reccomend that you request to activate a day pass 2-3 business days in advance. 

Refund Policy and Recurring Payments

If you wish to cancel your membership, or make changes to your recurring payment plan, you need to provide us a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your membership renewal date. Thereafter, refunds will be pro-rated and your account will be charged a $5 administrative fee. It takes 7 days to process a refund; your refund will be pro-rated starting 7 days after your refund is requested.
