But, membership in Tech Valley Center of Gravity is not simply a fee-based transaction.

Tech Valley Center of Gravity is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization created for the benefit of the public and all of its members. Makers, Super Makers, Coworkers and Prototypers are voting members who have a say in how the organization conducts business. These members may vote in our annual election of officers and directors, as well as on proposals raised at periodic general membership meetings. So, membership is both an investment and a responsibility. Organizations and companies holding membership also receive one ballot in any election or vote. Click the links below to learn more about each type and level of membership.

All new memberships require a $50 start-up fee to cover administrative costs, access fobs and safety training. Members who demonstrate ongoing support for the organization by maintaining membership for 4 months are reimbursed the start-up fee via a $50 credit to their 5th consecutive month of membership.
