This foundational class will teach you the basics of the woodshop! The class will introduce the simple machines available in the shop to create a beautiful clock. 

This will include learning how to safely use the following: 
Bandsaw
Miter Saw
Table Saw
Belt/Disc Sander

After a class you can walk away with your very own handmade clock! The registration fee includes all materials. For TVCoG members, this course also qualifies as the required Woodshop Safety Orientation.

To keep our classes affordable, we book our instructors and purchase materials in advance. We depend on advanced registration. Classes without sufficient advanced enrollment may be canceled. So, please register by the deadline of February 17. Classes made after this date will be subject to a 20% late registration fee.


Refund policy: Cancellations must be made one week prior to the class date in order to qualify for a refund.
