Zone Coordinators Meeting


The objectives of this meeting are:
  • For the Facilities Director to update the Zone Coordinators on CoG happenings
  • For the Zone Coordinators to update the Facilities Director on any Zone issues or ideas
  • To provide an opportunity for open discussion about anything happening at the CoG

This meeting will be held every 3rd Monday at 6:30pm and will not last more than 30 minutes. If necessary, an agenda will be sent out beforehand. They will be held at an open work table. 

The Zone Coordinator is the ambassador of their zone, making it as welcoming as possible for new and experienced makers alike. They are the first point of contact for any questions or concerns, and will introduce members to each other to build relationships and encourage knowledge sharing. They are an active user of the zone, and are able to identify opportunities for improvement. They are the champion for safe and proper equipment use.

Zone Coordinators are led by the Facilities Director, who is in charge of performing & delegating equipment maintenance and repair, setting task priorities, and resolving conflicts.
