Our Electronics Zone provides workspace, equipment and an assortment of wire and components for building, testing and repairing circuits for projects of all kinds. In additional to soldering stations, power supplies, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, and other testing equipment, the zone is filled with donated materials and consumable supplies for member use at no additional cost.
There is no instructor-led safety orientation for the Electronics Zone. Members who are confident in their abilities to use the equipment are allowed to do so. Those who are not are encouraged to seek the assistance of the Zone Coordinator at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., enroll in an instructional class offered by the CoG, or drop in on second Tuesdays at 8:30 pm for Electronics Zone Open Hours, when our Zone Coordinator is in house and available to assist.
