Model Shop, located on our first floor in close proximity to Electronics, is a workspace and respository for tools and equipment to handle close-up work on small items and/or tight spaces. The zone is equipped with several vices, a desktop dust collector, a tiny belt sander, a hand sheer, an ultrasonic cleaner and several Dremels, for which we have dozens of assorted bits. It's also where you'll find hand tools for close work, grommet makers, riveters, punches, small cutters, and a wide assortment of other small tools and equipment wihtout a sensible home in another zone.

Use of the Model Shop requires no safety orientation, but does require common sense, care and responsibility. The #1 most important thing to remember about Model Shop is, "Put it back where you found it!"
